Pick up Restrictions

 

We offer Pick up service for locations in Augusta within 16 miles from our terminal. Pick up arrangements should be made and paid at least one day in advance. Pick ups are scheduled 30-60 minutes before our departure time according to location and number of pickups. Please check your pickup time with Customer Service. We may not accept more than 2 pickups for the convenience of other passengers. Additional pickups will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

 

We cannot pick passengers up from or drop them off at Fort Gordon.

 

Pick up or Drop off locations over 16 miles can be reviewed on a case by case basis depending on the time of travel and the number of passengers. Please call Customer Service to inquire about availability.

 

There will be no refund if the door pick-up service is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if the passenger was not ready for the pick-up at the allocated time.
Pickup Time:

An estimated pickup time will be given at the time of reservation. This time may be adjusted according to the location of other pickups. It is recommended that passengers verify their pickup time around 7 PM on the day prior to their scheduled pickup. We ask our passengers to be ready with their luggage 10 minutes prior to pickup time.
