Reservations After checking our schedule and fares, contact us to make your reservation. Please review our policy regarding making changes or canceling your reservations. Reservations can be made by visiting our office, by phone, or online from this website. We recommend that you make your reservation in advance for better availability. Payment is due at the time of reservation. We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. Sorry, no personal checks. Schedules, fares, and seat availability are confirmed only with paid reservations. Making Your Reservation You can make your reservation by visting our office or calling our reservation desk. We will send you a message by e-mail to confirm if the seats are availabile.  Instructions to receive your payment will be provided. You can pay with a credit card over the phone or e-mail your payment using PayPal. Our response to online requests is less than 24 hours. Online reservations are kept on hold for 48 hours only. Reservations are confirmed only when the payment is received. Online reservations requests should be made at least 3 days before your departure. There is a $5 fee per person for modifications made less than one day in advance. The management, at its discretion can waive this fee. Cancellation policy There is a $10 cancellation fee per person if the reservation is cancelled for any reason. The cancellation fee will be $20 per person if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees apply per trip segment.  No refund will be issued if the passenger does not cancel and does not show up on time. Flight delays We understand that interruptions in your travel plans is out of your control. As a courtesy to our passengers we can reschedule your trip to the next "available" trip provided that you contact us and give us adequate notice time. There are hotels in Atlanta Airport that give our passengers a discounted rate provided that they receive notification from us. If your flight is delayed and you expect to miss your trip, call immediately to cancel or to reschedule your trip. Corresponding fees will be applied.
